  • Household Expenditures & Income Survey 2013-2014

    The Department of Statistics (DoS) takes the pleasure in publishing a report on the results of the Household’s Expenditures and Income Survey 2013/2014, conducted during the period 1/7/2013 – 30/6/2014. The survey covered a sample of 24740 households distributed all over the governorates of the Kingdom in a way that ensures representativeness of data at sub-district level. The sample design was based on the households’ frame provided by the 2002 Population and Housing Census.

    The Department of Statistics is pleased to issue the results of Information and Communications Technology Use in Economics Establishments 2016, which was carried out by DoS during the same year, and funded by the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology This survey is covered economic establishments by their use of the Information and Communications Technology devises in addition to providing data on the use of the Internet, Electronic commerce and other detailed data.

  • Internal Trade Survey 2013

    The Department of Statistics (DoS) takes the pleasure in presenting the annual report on the Internal Trade Survey for 2013 carried out in 2014. This sector includes wholesale and retail trade, and repair of motor vehicles.
    Data of this survey were collected through direct interviews with the concerned persons in the establishments. All large establishments were completely covered, while a representative sample was selected for the remaining establishments.
