National exports increase by 40.7% and Imports by 34.0% during the first ten months of 2022
The monthly report issued by the Department of Statistics indicate that the value of total exports reached JD.7412.5 million during the first ten months of 2022 [i.e., an increase by 39.1% compared with the same period of 2021]. Meanwhile, the national exports value reached JD.6822.6 Million during the first ten months of 2022 [i.e. an increase by 40.7% compared with the same period of 2021]. The value of re-exports reached JD 589.9 million during the first ten months of 2022 which indicates an increase by 22.1% as compared with the same period of 2021. The imports value reached JD.16541.6 million during the first ten months of 2022, thus an increasing by 34.0% compared with the same period of 2021.
