A cumulative increase of 9.3% in the Agricultural Producer Price Index
The Department of Statistics issued its monthly report on the Agricultural Producer Price Index, which recorded a cumulative increase of 9.3% during the first four months of 2025, compared to the same period in 2024, it also showed a 24.6% increase in the Agricultural Producer Price Index for April 2025 compared to the same month in 2024, and a (7.4%) decrease compared to the previous month of the same year.
Accordingly, the cumulative Agricultural Producer Price Index for the first four months of 2025 has reached 111.5, against 102.0 for the same period in 2024, and 119.9 in April 2025 against 96.3 in April 2024. Meanwhile the Agricultural Producer Price Index for April 2025 has reached 119.9 against 129.6 compared to the previous month of March 2025.
