46,283 is the net newly created jobs during the second half of 2022

The Department Statistics issued its semi-annual report on the newly created jobs in the Kingdom for the second half of 2022, and the following is a review of the most important results:
• The net number of the newly created jobs in the Jordanian labor market during the second half of 2022 has reached (46,283) jobs, an increase of (3,062) jobs over the first half of the same year. The number of the newly created jobs during the second half of 2022 has reached (86,284) jobs and the number of job quits has reached (40,001).

• The results showed that the net newly created jobs for males has reached (32,888) jobs, which constituted 71.1% of the total net job opportunities, while the net newly created jobs for females has reached (13,395) jobs with a percentage of 28.9%.
• The net newly created jobs for males has decreased by (3,178) jobs and increased for females by (6,240) jobs compared to the first half of 2022.
