National exports increase by 18.1% and Imports by 23.8% during the first ten months of 2021
The monthly report issued by the Department of Statistics indicate that the value of total exports reached JD.5330.5 million during the first ten months of 2021 [i.e., an increase by 15.9% compared with the same period of 2020]. Meanwhile, the national exports value reached JD.4848.0 Million during the first ten months of 2021 [i.e. an increase by 18.1% compared with the same period of 2020]. The value of re-exports reached JD 482.5 million during the first ten months of 2021 which indicates a decrease by 2.1% as compared with the same period of 2020. The imports value reached JD.12391.0 million during the first ten months of 2021, thus an increasing by 23.8% compared with the same period of 2020.
