The Quantities of Industrial Production Decreased by (4.63%) in November 2023
The Department of Statistics (DOS) issued its monthly report on the Industrial Production Index for November 2023 which observed a decrease of (4.63%) compared to the same month of 2022, and a decrease of (4.64%) compared to October 2022. On the accumulative level, the Index for the first eleven months of 2023 had decreased by (2.68%) compared to the same period of 2022.
Thus, the Industrial Production Index for November 2023 had reached 87.01 against 91.23 for the same month of 2022, as well as the Industrial Production Index for November 2023 recorded 87.01 against 91.24 for October 2023. On the accumulative level for the first eleven months of 2023, the Industrial Production Index had reached 90.24 points against 92.73 for the same period of 2022, noting that the base year is (100=2010).
