Right of Access to Information

Within the framework of the efforts exerted by the Department of Statistics (DoS) to enforce the Right of Access to Information Law No. 47 of 2007, and also to enhance its core values ​​and institutional objectives of promoting transparency and establishing good governance principles, the (DoS) provides the information requested by customers through a “Data Request Application ” which can be completed and forwarded to the relevant Information Officer at the following address: customer.service@dos.gov.jo.

The customer can also complete the hard copy application and hand it over to the Customer Service Bureau in the (DoS) building.

Please note that you receive a RESPONSE to your application within 30 days of receiving your application and make sure that you have already received a Receipt Notification which contains a reference number for your application.
