Construction Statistics 2015
The Department of Statistics (DoS) takes the pleasure in presenting the Annual Report of the Construction Surveys 2015 and Licenses Census carried out in 2016. This report includes the results of two surveys and a census. The first survey is the Contractors Survey, which covers contracting establishments registered with the Jordan Contractors Association (JCA). The second is the Constructions Complementary Survey, which supplements the basic data pertaining to the construction activity. This survey covers the unorganized construction activity which includes buildings constructed by the owners using skilled labor or contractors not registered with the Jordan Contractors Association. The Census covers all building licenses issued by licensing authorities. The Census provides a complete frame for the purposes of the Constructions Complementary Survey.
