Industrial Production Index Increased by 1.76% in the first eight months of 2025
The Department of Statistics issued its monthly report on the Industrial Production Index (IPI), which recorded an increase of 1.76% during the first eight months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. On a monthly basis, the IPI recorded an increase of 2.07% in August 2025 compared to August 2024, and a 1.03% increase compared to July 2025. Note that the base year has been modified to (2018=100) instead of (2010=100).
