National Exports Grow by 11.7% in Q1 2025 Compared to Q1 2024
The Department of Statistics issued its monthly report on External Trade in Jordan, indicating that total exports increased by 11.7%, while re-exports increased by 10.4%, leading to an overall export growth of 11.6% compared to the same period in 2024. This growth coincided with a 6.6% increase in imports, resulting in a 2.2% increase in the trade balance deficit during the first quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
