National exports continue their positive performance and rise by 11.2% in January 2026.
The Department of Statistics (DoS) released its monthly report on Jordan’s external trade, which indicates an increase in the value of national exports during January 2026 by 11.2% compared to January 2025, and a decrease in the re-exports by 11.9%. Thus, the value of total exports, which include the national exports and the re-exports, increased by 5.3%, while the imports increased by 9.8% compared to January 2025. These developments led to a significant decrease by 25.7% in the trade balance deficit.
