The Cabinet decides to appoint Dr. Shaher Khalaf Al-Shawabka as General Director of the Department of Statistics

The Council of Ministers decided to appoint Dr. Shaher Al-Shawabka as Director-General of the Department of Statistics, after he got the highest marks among all applicants, according to the results of the competition held following the appointment system on leading positions. Tests conducted by the Civil Service Office and interviews with the Ministerial selection and appointment Committee for leadership posts.
