Consumer Price Index (CPI) Increased by 1.01% in September 2024
The Department of Statistics issued its monthly report on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (Inflation) for September 2024 which observed an increase by 1.01% compared to the same month of 2023, and an increase for the first nine months of 2024 by 1.65% compared to the same period of 2023.
Thus, the CPI of September 2024 had reached 110.81 percentage points against 109.70 for the same month of 2023, while the CPI of September 2024 reached 110.81 against 111.17 for August 2024. On the accumulative level, the CPI for the first nine months of 2024 reached 110.57 against 108.78 for the same period in 2023.
