Inflation Rate for the First Seven Months of 2026 Reached 2.13%
The Department of Statistics issued its monthly report on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of July 2026, whereby the inflation rate during the first seven months of 2026 reached 2.13% against 1.94% for the same period in 2025. In July 2026, the inflation rate had reached 2.70% compared to 1.68% during July 2025, and the CPI of July 2026 recorded a decrease of (0.18%) (less than one percentage point) compared to June 2026.
